Virtual Care Navigator - Our new automated phone system

Non-urgent advice: What is it?

We’re excited to let our patients know that we will be introducing Virtual Care Navigator a new automated telephone system designed to make it easier than ever to contact the surgery.

From 11th February, you’ll be able to order repeat prescriptions, request fit notes, check test results, and submit medical queries. Repeat prescriptions, fit notes, and test results will be available 24/7. Medical queries can be made from 8am–4pm and non-urgent queries can be made from 8:30am–6:30pm.

Non-urgent advice: How does it work?

To get started with this new service call 0161 529 7094 and will be asked for the following details:

  • Date Of Birth
  • Registered phone number

You will then be given a pin. Please remember this pin as you will be asked for it on future calls.

You can also use our practice contact number & select option 1 to access this service.

(You will need to come into the practice to get signed up for prescriptions)
